Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the InspHired Worx mobile application ("App") provided by InspHired Recruitment Solutions (Pty) Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Account Creation

  • To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep your account credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for what happens on your account.

Use of the App

  • The App is intended for use by individuals seeking temporary employment opportunities ("Temporary Employees") and employers seeking temporary workers ("Employers").
  • Temporary Employees agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, including but not limited to name, surname, ID number, address, CV, personal video, and banking information.
  • Employers agree to provide accurate company information, including registration and director ID documents, location details, and banking or card information.

Data Privacy

  • We collect, use, and store personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • We will never share user data with third parties, except as necessary for the functionality of the App (e.g., sharing employee data with employers for booking purposes).

Security

  • We take reasonable measures to protect the security of user data, including encryption and secure storage on AWS servers.
  • However, we cannot guarantee the security of user data transmitted to or stored on the App.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

Modification of Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the revised Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after the posting of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

Termination

  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time without prior notice for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.

Payments

  • The App may facilitate payments from employers for booking temporary employees and payments to employees for their services rendered.
  • Employers agree to pay the agreed-upon fees for booking temporary employees through the App. Payment terms and conditions will be outlined in the booking agreement between the employer and the temporary employee.
  • Employees agree to receive payments for their services through the App. Payment terms and conditions will be outlined in the booking agreement between the employer and the temporary employee.
  • InspHired Recruitment Solutions (Pty) Ltd shall be responsible for facilitating payment transactions between employers and employees through the App. Any disputes arising from payment transactions should be reported to us for resolution. We will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve payment-related issues in a timely manner.

Additional Terms of Business

  • In the event that any aspect of the relationship between temporary employees and employers is not covered by these terms, the terms outlined in the permanent and temporary terms of business agreements between InspHired Recruitment Solutions (Pty) Ltd  and its users shall prevail.
